There were a few more bad comments for this item, with customers once again expressing their dissatisfaction with the lengthy delivery timeframes. Furthermore, after multiple attempts to contact them, a small number of customers found the customer service team to be unresponsive.

You have 10 days to return your purchase, but some items, such as custom items, bracelets, key chains, and monograms, are not refundable. If you would like to cancel a non-customized or stock item more than 24 hours after purchase, you will pay a 15% cancellation fee.
