These are fantastic. The way they cook food results in more flawlessly sautéed vegetables and steaks every time, and because they are so nonstick, the oil I do use goes toward seasoning the food rather than just keeping it from burning. They are also quite simple to clean. We don’t always get get to cleaning dishes (it can be a week or more before we get down to it), yet these always wipe clean with minimal effort. Even mac & cheese from days ago takes no cleaning. These are ideal for my family and make meals a lot less stressful.

The pots and pans are attractive, but they are not long-lasting. After only three months of use on a glass stovetop, they display visible wear and tear, as well as stains on the bottom.

I love this pan for its usefulness for just about everything you want to cook. However, I hadn’t noted the rubber gasket around the pan lid. Within a couple of weeks, the silicone lid gasket had absorbed odors from everything I had cooked, and no amount of soaking or washing would eliminate the odor, so I got rid of the lid and replaced it with a metal lid. I still use the pan almost every day.
